Ingredients:-
- Large potato-3
- Capsicum-1
- Grated cheese-1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Red chilli crushed-1
- Butter-2 tbsp
- Plain flour-1 tbsp
Method:-
- Boil the potatoes and put it in the refrigerator overnight before you use.
- Do not peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes into thin rounds or grate coarsely.
- Remove the seed
Ingredients:-
- Beetroot-1 kg
- Milk-1 1/2 litre
- Sugar-400-500 gm
- Elaichi powder (cardamom)
- Saffron few flakes
- Ghee-2 tbsp
Method:-
- Peel and grate beetroot.
- Put milk and beetroot in a heavy saucepan. Boil till thick, stirring occasionally. Once it starts thickening, stir continuously.Add sugar and cook further till thickens.
- Add ghee, elaichi
Ingredients:-
Moong dal (green)-500 gm
Sugar-500 gm
Ghee-500 gm
Saffron soaked in a little milk
Elaichi powder
Water about 250 ml.
Method:-
- Soak the dal for about 5-6 hours.
- Wash and remove the skin of dal properly.
- Grind dal finely either in a stone grinder or electric grinder or mixie.
- Use as little water as possible.
