Ingredients:-
- Boiled potato cubes-3/4 cup
- Green chilli paste-2 tsp
- Garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Ginger paste-2 tsp
- Chole masala-2 tbsp
- Soaked and boiled kabuli chana-2 cups
- Tomatoes-3 or 4 chopped
- Black salt-1 tsp
- Mango Powder(amchur)-1/2 tsp
- Chopped coriander-1/4 cup
- Dry methi leaves-1 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:-
- Heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame,once the pan is hot add green chilli paste, garlic paste and ginger and dry roast for about 30 seconds while stirring continuously.
- Now add tomatoes and stir well let it cook till the tomatoes gets mushy,if the mixture starts burning add little water in it.
- Add chana masala, kabuli chana, potatoes, tomatoes, black salt, amchur powder, salt ,methi leaves and ½ cup of water and let it boil.
- Once done garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
