Ingredients:

  • Green chilli- 200 grams
  • Ginger- 200 grams (crushed)
  • Lemon juice- 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Take a bowl and put lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt into it.
  2. Slit the green chillies from the middle in such a way that it doesn’t get separated into two distinct pieces.
  3. Dip the slit green chillies in lemon juice.
  4. Add crushed ginger into it and mix well.
  5. Put the ginger-chilli pickle in a glass bottle.
  6. Keep the mixture in sun for 2-3 days and use it.
  7. Instant green chillies goes well with parathas,puri and roti.
