Ingredients:
- Green chilli- 200 grams
- Ginger- 200 grams (crushed)
- Lemon juice- 1/2 cup
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Take a bowl and put lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt into it.
- Slit the green chillies from the middle in such a way that it doesn’t get separated into two distinct pieces.
- Dip the slit green chillies in lemon juice.
- Add crushed ginger into it and mix well.
- Put the ginger-chilli pickle in a glass bottle.
- Keep the mixture in sun for 2-3 days and use it.
- Instant green chillies goes well with parathas,puri and roti.
