Ingredients:-
- Raw firm mango-250 gms
- Pears-250 gms.
- Sugar-500 gms.
- Salt-2 tsp.
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp.
- Garam Masala-1 tsp.
- Marshmelon (kharbooja) seeds-1 tbsp.
- Raisins-1 tbsp.
- Cloves – 2 powdered
- Almonds and cashews chopped finely- 8 each
Method:-
- Peel and mash the pear.
- Put 1 tbsp. sugar in a heavy saucepan.
Ingredients:-
- 2 cups of fresh coconut, shredded
- 10 dry red chillies
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- A large pinch of hing (asoefetida)
- 1/2 tsp methi(fenugreek) seeds
- 2 tsp udad dhal
- 2 tsp channa dhal
- 1 small tomato
- Salt to taste
Method:-
- Heat some oil and add the dhals, curry leaves

Ingredients :
2 bunch coriander leaves
8 garlic cloves
4 green chillies ( decrease this amount if you don’t want it too hot)
1 teaspoon any standard mango achar (Pickle) along with it masala and bit oil.
Salt to taste
water as required.
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients in a blender. Add water if required.
- Delicious with any kind of pakoras ,samosas, chawal
