Ingredients:
- Eggs- 6
- Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
- Dhania Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder- 1 tsp Red
- Onion – 1(chopped)
- Green Chillies- 2 (finally chopped)
- Tomato – 1(finally chopped)
- Fresh Coriander Leaves (finally chopped)
- Vegetable oil- 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
- Take a bowl and beat eggs in it,add salt and red chilli powder.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add green chillies and onions.
- Stir it until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add beaten egg and mix well.
- Let the beaten eggs to set a little and then, turn it on the other side, breaking it into small pieces until cooked well.
- Add dhania powder and garam masala powder,mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander/cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot with paratha and roti.
