 <li>asafaetida-2-3 pinches</li> 
 <li>Cumin seed-1/2 tsp</li> 
 <li>Oregano seeds-1/2 tsp</li> 
 <li>Coriander finelly chopped</li> 
 <li>Water</li>

<ul>
<li>Wheat flour-1 1/2 cups</li>
<li>Gram flour-1/2 cups</li>
<li>Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Oil-1 tbsp</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>turmeric powder-1/2</li>
<li>asafaetida-2-3 pinches</li>
<li>Cumin seed-1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Oregano seeds-1/2 tsp</li>
<li>Coriander finelly chopped</li>
<li>Water</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Method</strong></span>:-</p>
<ol>
<li>Adding all the above ingredients knead a slightly stiff dough and cover with wet cloth. Break off bits and make small potato sized balls.</li>
<li>Roll to 3-4mm thickness.</li>
<li>Place on tawa as for phulka once brown spots appear place directly on gas flame and puff,with the help of tongs.</li>
<li>Apply ghee or butter .</li>
<li>Serve hot with any pickles ,sweetened mango preserve,curds or jam.</li>

<li>Tomatoes – 2 large</li>
<li>Mustard Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon</li>
<li>Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon</li>
<li>Red Chilly powder – 1/2 teaspoon</li>
<li>Coriander leaves to garnish</li>
<li>Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon</li>
<li>Oil to fry</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Water</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-315" title="Pao-bhaji" src="http://www.thetastesofindia.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/pao-bhaji.jpg" alt="Pao-bhaji" width="491" height="368" /></strong></p>
<p><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Method</strong></span></em>:-</p>
<ol>
<li>Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel the skin and mash it in a bowl.</li>
<li>In a kadai, put 2 teaspoons of oil or, Ghee and fry the onions until they are translucent.</li>
<li>Add the finely chopped tomatoes into the fried onions and cook for a minute or, so until the tomatoes leave the juices.</li>
<li>Put the green peas into the mixture and fry for some more time.</li>
<li>Add the mashed potatoes into the kadai and mix well.</li>
<li>Add the turmeric powder and chilly powder and salt to taste.</li>
<li>Then add half a glass of water to the mixture and let the mixture boil.</li>
<li>Slit the pavs from the middle and apply butter on all the surfaces well.</li>
<li>Then place the pavs on a hot frying pan or, a tava and keep rotating it and flipping it until all of the sides are slightly toasted.</li>
<li>Garnish  the bhaji with coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot with onion, lemon and chillies.</li>
