Ingredients:-
- 6 pavs/ buns
- Potato – 500 gms boiled and mashed
- Green Peas – 1/2 cup
- Onion – 2 large cut into slices
- Tomatoes – 2 large
- Mustard Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chilly powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
- Water

Method:-
- Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel the skin and mash it in a bowl.
- In a kadai, put 2 teaspoons of oil or, Ghee and fry the onions until they are translucent.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes into the fried onions and cook for a minute or, so until the tomatoes leave the juices.
- Put the green peas into the mixture and fry for some more time.
- Add the mashed potatoes into the kadai and mix well.
- Add the turmeric powder and chilly powder and salt to taste.
- Then add half a glass of water to the mixture and let the mixture boil.
- Slit the pavs from the middle and apply butter on all the surfaces well.
- Then place the pavs on a hot frying pan or, a tava and keep rotating it and flipping it until all of the sides are slightly toasted.
- Garnish the bhaji with coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot with onion, lemon and chillies.

Ingredients:-
- Whole green grams (moong) 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Skimmed milk yogurt (Curd) 1 1/2 cups
- Gram flour (besan) 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Cloves 3-4
- Cinnamon 1- inch stick
- Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1/4 teaspoon
- Curry leaves 8-10
Dal Kadhi
Method:-
- Soak the grams in two cups of water for about an hour.
- Drain, add two cups of water and salt and boil till the grams become soft.
- Take yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, gram flour, turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chilli paste and whisk well. Add sugar and one cup of water and mix again.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and saute.
- Add the yogurt mixture and cook till the gram flour gets cooked. Add a little water to correct the consistency.
- Add the grams and cook for three to four minutes on medium heat. Serve hot.
